Wow!! Today was by far the hardest out of the 3 days Ive been doing this!! For some reason my legs felt like they were about to fall off about 30 seconds into my 10 minutes work out!! I did, however, burn more calories and go farther than I have before!
Today I went .91 miles and burned 122 calories!
3 days down.....
